Nutritional Counseling

Medical Nutrition therapy helps manage chronic conditions that affect mental health and overall well-being. We assess dietary intake, identify changes and develop a nutrition care plan. The plan includes developing a healthier relationship with food and promotes normalized eating habits. We in specialize behavior modification and identify and assist with barriers that affect change.
